Jodhpreet Sekhon, Physiotherapist

Jodhpreet Sekhon is a dedicated physiotherapist with years of experience helping patients recover, move better, and live pain-free. He earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, India, in 2009, and has built a practice grounded in strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

 

Jodhpreet Sekhon specialises in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions affecting muscles, bones, joints, and nerves. A key part of his practice is Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS/Dry Needling), which allows him to diagnose and treat chronic myofascial pain — even in the absence of obvious signs of injury or inflammation.

His treatment techniques include soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, manual therapy, joint mobilisation and manipulation, IMS, and exercise therapy. He has advanced expertise in assessing posture, movement patterns, and muscle imbalances to identify the root causes of chronic pain before they develop into larger issues.

 

Jodhpreet Sekhon treats a broad range of conditions including headaches, neck and shoulder pain, lower back issues, and hip, knee, and ankle disorders. He has a strong interest in sports injury treatment and prevention, having worked with athletes across football, cricket, tennis, rugby, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and hockey. He is also trained in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, offering baseline testing and comprehensive concussion rehab.

Dr. Prakash Gill, Chiropractor

Dr. Prakash Gill earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Western States and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of the Fraser Valley, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Her strong academic background provides a solid foundation in biomechanics, human movement, and evidence-informed, patient-centered care.

Webster Certified with advanced training in prenatal and postnatal chiropractic care, Dr. Gill is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery by promoting optimal pelvic alignment, nervous system function, and overall musculoskeletal health. She also treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, and pregnancy-related discomfort.

Dr. Gill creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, utilizing manual and instrument-assisted adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, pelvic and core stabilization strategies, and therapeutic modalities when appropriate. She is committed to ongoing continuing education to ensure her patients receive safe, up-to-date, and effective care while helping them move comfortably and confidently in daily life.

Gagandeep Guraya, RMT

Gagan graduated from CDI College in 2022 with a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy. She is a dedicated, mature and passionate massage therapist who has gained experience by treating seniors, patients with mood disorders, neurological disorders and underlying conditions as well as those seeking stress and pain relief in their everyday lives. As she continues to grow as a massage therapist, she intends to take more courses to be able to provide more services and benefits to her clients. She has done some outreach work at a senior home as well. She has also worked at a student clinic and got experience working with patients who are living with life-long illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s. She believes in connecting with her clients and helping them to improve their physical and emotional well-being.

She thoroughly assesses her client’s needs. Her goals in treatment are to promote positive changes in her client’s health and well-being and to educate them to become more aware of their body through home care stretching and exercises.

Gagan’s approach incorporates various types of massages in order to tailor the appropriate treatment for each client. Her chosen techniques may include deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, attachment release, Swedish. She will also create an appropriate exercise program to support the recovery process for her clients and restore bodily function.

She loves to maintain her fitness level and practices yoga. She enjoys hiking, badminton, cooking and hanging out with her family and friends. She is always happy and excited to help people and welcomes new patients into her practice. She is committed to treating and educating her patients. She also incorporates the mind and the body to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Gurlien Sidhu, RMT

Gurlien is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and completed her massage therapy training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has experience working in both clinical and athletic settings, including with varsity and professional athletes, neurological rehabilitation patients, pre/post natal care, and seniors.

She believes massage therapy is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle and offers treatments tailored to each individual’s needs—whether for injury prevention, ongoing maintenance, rehabilitation, or relaxation. Her treatments include a variety of modalities – including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, and pin-and-stretch techniques.

Gurlien is committed to creating a safe, supportive treatment environment where she collaborates with patients to identify goals and develop effective, personalized treatment plans. ICBC cases, sports injuries, post-operative recovery, stress-related tension are just a few examples of concerns Gurlien is happy to address.

Outside of the clinic, Gurlien enjoys travelling the world, listening to true crime podcasts, and playing a wide range of board and video games.

Leah Firth, RMT

Leah graduated in 2015 from the 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. She gained valuable experience through outreach placements at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, VGH Burns, Plastics and Trauma Unit, UBC Sports Therapy, and the Multiple Sclerosis in-reach program. Her treatment approach includes deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage, with a strong focus on addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Leah prioritizes health and wellness by staying active and enjoying outdoor activities. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science degree through Thompson Rivers University to further expand her clinical knowledge and professional growth.

Dr. Inderpreet Samra, Chiropractor

Dr. Inderpreet Samra holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Victoria and previously worked as a Business Analyst with Fraser Health Authority. Inspired by her family’s recovery through chiropractic care, she pursued a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Samra provides evidence-informed chiropractic care for neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, treating patients of all ages. She uses manual and instrument-assisted techniques, soft tissue therapies, cupping, laser, shockwave therapy, and education. Dr. Samra creates personalized treatment plans and continues advancing her knowledge through ongoing education and certifications.

Sangram is a Registered Massage Therapist who specializes in therapeutic treatments to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. With strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, he carefully assesses each client to deliver safe, effective, and personalized care. His techniques include Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilization, and pregnancy massage. Sangram tailors treatment plans to individual needs, whether for injury recovery or relaxation. Outside the clinic, he enjoys cooking, hiking, gym workouts, watching movies, and reading biology articles, bringing both skill and personality to the team.
